The Engagement

This is not a training day — it's an implementation day. All 11 CEM mechanisms get installed in your team's actual process. Morning covers core mechanisms. Afternoon covers advanced mechanisms, full workflow integration, and function-specific configuration.

Your team leaves with a customized Team Playbook (8–15 pages), before/after workflow documentation created live during the session, a Recovery Chain reference card, and a 30-day adoption plan with named owners and specific milestones. A 30-day check-in call validates adoption and calibrates mechanisms based on real usage.

Maximum 20 participants. Each function group — content, engineering, ops — gets tailored mechanism configurations for their specific workflows.

What You Get

Full-Day Implementation Session
8–10 hours with your team. Morning: core mechanisms. Afternoon: advanced mechanisms, full workflow integration, function-specific configuration.
Team Playbook (8–15 pages)
CEM overview, function-specific configurations, governance schedule, Recovery Chain reference with real examples from your session. Every page is something a practitioner references — not background material.
Before/After Workflow Documentation
Created live during the session. Shows exactly what changed in your workflows and why — documented from what your team built.
Recovery Chain Reference Card
One-page quick reference. Full escalation sequence, decision criteria for each step, printable for daily use.
30-Day Adoption Plan
Week-by-week plan with named owners and specific workflows. Each task has a person, a date, and a measurable outcome.
30-Day Check-In Call
Follow-up to validate what stuck, troubleshoot what didn't, and calibrate mechanisms based on 30 days of real usage.

What Gets Installed

Foundation + Nested Cycles
Your accumulation layer and cycle structure — project context, decision logs, output libraries, daily/sprint/review cadences.
Sweeps + Regroup
Proactive maintenance and scheduled step-backs. Weekly sweeps keep Foundation current. Regroups catch project-level drift.
Multi-Thread + Burst
Running parallel workstreams without losing control, and maximum output mode when conditions are right.
Full Mechanism Integration
Every mechanism applied to a live workflow from your team — where each one slots in, what changes, before/after documented.
Function-Specific Configuration
Content teams, engineering teams, and ops teams each get tailored mechanism configurations for their specific workflows.
Implementation Planning
30-day adoption plan built by your team during the session. Named owners, specific workflows, measurable milestones.

How It Works

01

Pre-Intensive Prep

Intake call to review your team, workflows, and AI tool stack. We build a customized installation plan and identify which mechanisms are highest priority. You provide 2–3 live workflows for exercises.

02

Implementation Day

Morning: Drift Tax framing, Pendulum, Governor, Recovery Chain, Environmental Control, Anchored Data. Afternoon: Foundation, Nested Cycles, Sweeps, Multi-Thread, Burst, full workflow integration, and function-specific configuration.

30-Day Check-In

What got installed? What didn't? Mechanism calibration, adoption troubleshooting, and recommended next step based on real usage data.

Before We Start

To get the most out of this engagement, come prepared with:

01

Complete the pre-work intake survey (sent after booking) — all participants

02

2–3 live AI workflows your team is actively running — these become the afternoon exercises

03

A point of contact who can speak to team structure and has authority to change process

04

If any participants attended the Half-Day Workshop, let us know — we'll adjust the morning session accordingly

Who It's For
